In 2025, we organize the new biennial festival Big Sounds Amsterdam together with leading Amsterdam venues! At the Concertgebouw, BIMHUIS, Paradiso, Meervaart, ZOJazz Stage, Kompaszaal, Felix Meritis and Conservatorium van Amsterdam, 𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴 are put n the spotlight. We create space for large bands and orchestras that are open to adventure, improvisation, and ideas from all over the world. In this flourishing period for large ensembles, the festival highlights the latest international developments. Big Sounds is for everyone, for lovers of all genres. Large ensembles bring together a wide variety of people, both on stage and in the audience. Big Sounds will celebrate that diversity again in 2025 from October 1 to 12!
