Tribute to Ray Charles ft. Madeline Bell

Het Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw speelt met de onvergelijkbare Madeline Bell een tribute aan de blinde Amerikaanse rhythm and blues artiest Ray Charles. De genialiteit van Charles behoeft weinig toelichting: wie kent niet klassiekers als Georgia on My Mind, What’d I Say en Hallelujah I Love Her So.

Dit album is gebaseerd op de tour van het Jazz Orchestra en Bell als live band bij de film Ray (2004).
