The American jazz trumpeter, composer and multi-instrumentalist Chief Xian aTunde Adjuah first made his name as Christian Scott. As Chief Adjuah, he takes jazz and his West African background as his starting point and ventures down exciting, unexplored paths. Together with the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, he pays a unique tribute to perhaps the greatest musical innovator in music history: Miles Davis, who would have celebrated his 100th birthday this year.
