Big Band Academy 2026 met Miho Hazama

We'll be working with conservatory students from all over the Netherlands to perfect their big band skills. During the Big Band Academy with Miho Hazama, we'll delve deeper into the musical aspects of big band playing, such as timbre, articulation, timing, and improvisation, as well as practical matters like reading music, planning, and working under pressure. Together with the regular orchestra members and Miho Hazama, we'll work towards a final concert at the Blue Dock of the Conservatory of Amsterdam.
Registration for the Big Band Academy is open until February 16th.
